California Mortgage Brokers - Directory and Reviews

HTDI Financial

Company Name:

HTDI Financial

Description:

We employ innovative solutions and adhere to the laws and regulations that govern the credit reporting industry. With thousands of deleted items per month, our methods are proven and industry leading.

HTDI Financial has been helping people remove inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable negative items from their credit reports and increasing their FICO scores. With a higher FICO score, our clients have been able to refinance their auto and home loans, saving a considerable amount of money every single month!
We are a company helping hard working men and women repair inaccuracies from their credit reports. We help thousands of Americans repair their reports by removing inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable items for them.

From late payments to charge offs to bankruptcies, we've challenged and deleted items in the past and average a 46.19% deletion/fix rate in just the first round due to the high number of errors found on credit reports today.

-- How do you restore bad credit? --
A disputed credit listing must be verified as accurate for it to remain on the credit report. If the credit listings contains an error, the credit bureau may simply correct the item, but. very often, disputed credit items cannot be verified because either the creditor either no longer possesses necessary information or does not to go to the effort of verifying it. Furthermore, the investigation must be completed within 30 days or the listing must be removed. For these reasons, properly disputed credit listings are removed from your credit report with remarkable frequency.

At the conclusion of the credit bureau's investigation, a new copy of the credit report is sent to you along with any deletions or improvements. You then mail us the results and we update your file. The cycle repeats itself at strategic intervals.

-- How long does it take? --
Everyone wants you to see results immediately. Although everyone's credit history is different, everyone will see responses from the bureaus within the first 45 days. Every month after that your credit picture improves. Credit repair is not an overnight fix, however significant changes can be seen as early as just a couple of months. However a majority cleanup may take between 6-12 months..

-- Can you guarantee to remove my negative items?? --
No, and beware of companies that try to say "Sure, we can remove your chargeoff". The law does not allow for companies to guarantee removal of negative information. However, it's not the law that stops us from making those claims, it's just not ethical. No one can remove accurate, verifiable and complete information from your credit file.
That being said, we have been successful in helping clients remove inaccurate, unverifiable and incomplete information from their credit file, thus improving their credit pictures. We are willing to assume some, if not all, of the risk of taking on your account, because there is no guarantee that items can be removed. So therefore, if we cannot assist in improving your credit file you are covered under our money back guarantee.

-- What if removed items reappear? --
This happens occasionally either by accident or a creditor has eventually verified a particular item. This is what is known as a 'soft delete' and the credit bureau must send you a notification letter within 5 days of reinsertion. The FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Agency) has made it much more difficult for a creditor to replace an item once it has been removed.
If added by mistake, HTDI Financial will re-challenge the item with the full force of the prior removal in our favor.

-- Is this legal? --
Yes, you are given the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to challenge inaccurate, misleading and obsolete items appearing on your credit report. HTDI Financial uses every venue available to you under the law to help you assert these rights.
Disputing items on your credit report is your legal right (see the Fair Credit Reporting Act). When you use HTDI Financial to help repair your credit, we are abiding by and using all federal and regional laws regulating third party credit repair assistance.
